The District Conference Ballot is recommended to this Delegate Body upon proper motion of
the District Board at their regular meeting held on July 11, 2020, at the New Fairview Church of
the Brethren.

District Financial Report for the Year Ending 2019 (See pages 86-93)
The District’s 2019 Year-End Financial Report, as prepared by the District Bookkeeper and the
District Stewards Commission, are hereby presented to the District Conference Delegate Body
and recommended for review, acceptance, and filing.
Business Item No. 3
District Auditor’s Review Report for the Fiscal Year 2019 (See pages 97-117)
The District’s Independent Accounting Firm of Boyer & Ritter conducted their review of the
2019 District Financial Records and have submitted a written report of their findings. The
Accountant’s Report, as prepared by Boyer & Ritter indicates the 2019 District Financial
Records, based on their review, have not indicated any material modification that should be
made to the Financial Statements contained in their report in this Booklet, in order for them to
be in conformity with the modified cash basis of accounting as described in the written
Financial Statements. Said report is presented here for the District Conference Delegates’
review, acceptance and filing.

2021 District Financial Ministries Allocation Proposed Plan (Budget): (Pages 118-120)
The Southern Pennsylvania District Board meeting in regular session on July 11, 2020, at the
New Fairview Church of the Brethren, upon proper motion recommend to the 2020 District
Conference Delegate Body, a total 2021 District Financial Ministries Allocation (Budget) of
$385,978.92. (This reflects a decrease of $3,032.87 over the 2020 District Financial Ministries
Allocation.)

2021 District Financial Ministries Allocation Proposed Plan (Fair Share): (Page 121)
The Southern Pennsylvania District Board meeting in regular session on July 11, 2020, at the
New Fairview Church of the Brethren, upon proper motion recommend to the 2020 District
Conference Delegate Body, a District Financial Ministries Allocation amount per member of
$82.40 per member would be needed to balance the budget, however, District Board is asking
for $79 per member, the same as 2019 & 2020. If needed, the difference of $15,942.92 will be
taken from undesignated mutual funds accounts. (NOTE: this figure is based on the 12/31/19
district congregational membership figures of 4,684.)
