Miniature golf at Green Valley Golf near Strasburg, PA. Play the lower
course - most challenging and scenic in PA. Leave the church at 1:00
P.M. and return at 5:30. Cost $6.00. Snack bar on site. |
JULY 16-21 |
National Youth Conference, Ft. Collins, CO. |
JULY 22-23 |
Vacation Bible School 7:00 - 8:30 P.M. |
AUG. 15-17 |
Backpacking trip to Lion's Head Overlook, Dolly Sod's Wilderness Area,
Monongehela National Forest, WVA. Elevation 2,620 to 4,122 feet. | Leave the church at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, arrive at campground at 7:00 P.M. Friday, see famous bird netting and banding site on top of mountain, then hike 7 miles and set up camp. Saturday, hike 3 miles to Lion's Head, hike three miles to van, and return (will stop for food) to church at 7:30 P.M. Cost $8.00 plus food.
SEPT. 21 |
Trip to Woodland Cave. Leave the church at 1:30 P.M. and return at | 5:30. An ice cream stop on the way back. Cost $5.00.
DEC. 1 |
Ice skating at Twin Ponds. Leave the church at 7:00 P.M. and return at | 9:15. Cost $5.00. |
