There is a place for you ...
MIDLAND CHURCH OF THE BRETHREN
10434 Old Carolina Road, Midland, Fauquier County, Virginia 22728. (540)
439-3016
Welcome, Friends!
We are the Midland Church of the Brethren. We are 195 members who come
from places nearby as well as from Warrenton, Culpeper and Catlett. We
have been in this area since 1883, when a congregation was established
by Brethren who had moved here from the Shenandoah Valley. Currently, our
membership consists of people who have grown up in this congregation as
well as people who have joined this congregation either from other Brethren
churches or from a variety of other Christian denominations. We feel our
diversity enriches our ministry as we grow together and as we serve Christ
together in this congregation.
Kendal and Carolyn Elmore are our pastoral team. Kendal is a full time
pastor, while Carolyn is a part-time pastor with a special focus on children,
youth and music ministries.
We invite you to share with us on Sunday at 10:00 AM (Sunday School)
and 11:00 AM (Morning Worship), and on other occasions when the church
gathers to learn, to worship, to fellowship and to serve.

A Church that is Growing
If you are already an active participant in a church, you know the joy
and discipline we wish for all persons. We want to be your partner in the
Gospel. If you have no regular church home, we cordially invite you to
come and share with us as together we seek to be the Body of Christ.
The Midland Church of the Brethren is committed to growth, both in the
number of people in its congregational family and to its understanding
and expression of the Christian faith.
The congregation welcomes with enthusiasm and joy both visitors and
new members to its services of worship and church school and to all other
activities and ministries.
Further information about the church or its pastoral services may be
obtained by calling the church office - (540) 439-3016 - in the forenoon,

MCA is a ministry of Midland Church of the Brethren that seeks to
incorporate the word of God in all aspects of academic study. Our teachers
are committed to Jesus Christ and are prepared to share God's love and
principals through the examples of their own lives.
Our pre-school classes emphasize work and play experiences that develop
skills, coordination and knowledge of colors, numbers, letters and sound,
with emphasis on sharing and caring for the group.
Kindergarten and elementary students receive traditional education using
A BEKA curriculum along with other selected teaching materials. It is presented
in a loving atmosphere where children also learn of God's love.
