Located west of Tonganoxie, Kansas, Camp Mount Hermon is in a wooded setting. There are four boy's cabins and six girl's cabins with a shower house for boys and one for girls. There is also a managers cabin. The dining hall has a fireplace and roofed area for ping pong. There is a ball field, tether ball court, tool shed, and foot trails through the timber. Leavenworth County State Lake is used for fishing and the Tonganoxie public pool is used for swimming.

The camp at Mt. Hermon is filled with vibrant spirit and exciting possibilities. Camp Mt. Hermon takes its name from the sacred mountain whose life giving streams flow from it's snows. The four streams from Mt Hermon's springs join to form the Jordan River. Many campers have felt a spiritual awakening while at Camp Mt. Hermon and remember that week as a mountain top experience and the beginning of a new spiritual life.

The camp has a great number of recreational opportunities. There are several hiking trails, a ball diamond, volleyball court, basketball court, tether ball, and a camp fire area. The camp provides all recreation equipment. There are several recreational vehicle pads with electrical connections. Use of the pads requires a $5.00 daily fee plus $1.00 per person over two people. Arrangements for recreational vehicles should be made in advance by contacting the Camp Manager. Take U.S. Highway 24-40 to Kansas Highway 16 traveling west. Turn left at Leavenworth County State Lake sign and left again at the Camp Mount Hermon sign.
